Sculpture Mosaic with Toumpane Public School

        Students from grades 4 and 5 worked co-operatively to create this papier-mâché sculpture mosaic installation.
        The project integrates into the Arts, English, Social Studies and French curriculums and is a long-term vehicle for fostering relationships that promote communication and community among the students, staff, and their families.
        The inclusive nature of the project process accommodates all abilities and provides each child with a feeling of ownership and pride in the end result
        The project teaches every participant how valuable the contribution of the individual is to the success of the whole.
